yes threre is supposed to be washers under each nut.

How thick are they because ive orderd some and they are chunky gits

i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike

maybe thats where it went wrong for me the fact is there was no head washers

After an eventfull 2 days with my car been broken into and spanners flying this was the end result .....

have you done it properly? or half assed? torques up and reqtorqued after heat cycles?

Yeh done it propper tourqed up tbh i didnt do any of the work liam on here and his mate did they have built loads of two strokes before so they offerd to do it

glad you sorted pal..make sure you retorque after few miles.. also take it easy running engine in :p

Yeh we did that, and he did 4 heat cycles 1st one he did it untill the a change in temp on the clutch cover ect and yeh its running 100% better

Glad this is all sorted and yes the washers are quite thick. Enjoy the bike and take care of it!

i will do and i find out now i need a side stand because mine somehow bent and snapped the bolt at the top O.o
