So the Gilera sc125 runs a Yamaha DT125RE engine. So if you're looking for engine bits there is another bike you can look at for identical parts.
What i want to know is this. Are the cdi's exactly the same as the dtre. As we all know the dtre ignition is just shocking! Restricted so much and nothing you can do about it.
However if Gilera manufactured their own cdi to run on the SC and used another map which favours performance then that would be very interesting! Or even if polini developed tuning parts for the SC that would fit the DTRE then thag would be worth considering.
Anyway I'm sure everybody already knew this but if you didn't and you need parts then might be able to see what you can find with this information.

yeah i thought this was common knowledge too. Theres another one that uses it too. I think they are licensed from Yamah though and not made with yamaha parts so wouldnt trust them myself.
