There is no problem with it running cooler when the air gets frosty it'll be even cooler,aslong as its off choke I wouldn't worry about it,

Ok didnt have chance to check tonight was busy fitting new neutral switch and clock bulbs will try and get it out tomorrow or sunday

Finally got round to checking thermostat and it had collapsed fitted replacement so hopefully no more xmas cards wedged in front of rad when I come to start it

After going for a ride to work have noticed its still not warming up to temp gauge sits about quarter of the way up is this normal in winter.have noticed if I block hald of rad off with card it sits about halfway
