snapped off main jet jet kit needed

Hi does anyone know where I can get a main jet kit for a 2003 dtr125.stupidly tightened up tge main jet with grips as didnt have a 6 mm spanner and snapped it at the threads where it screws into the brass thread.managed to screw it in with the last remaining threadsand runs fine but exhaust tone has changed when hitting powerband its a mikuni carb but cant find model number

Mikuni tms28 or summit. Someone will know. I would have thought you'd need a new carb mate :(

And best bet i would say would be ebay.

Thanks do u think it will possible to get the bit that the jet screws into aswell as it looks like it comes out as some of the threaded bit of the jet is still in there seems to run alright though is this normal dont really wanna spend on a new carb as there a ridiculous amount on ebay

best bet is take ur carb to a mx shop and they should be albe to sort it out for u

Am waiting for someone to get back me with a price for a empty carb body.if not will see if I can get a shop to sort it if its running ok will it be ok to still use until its put up for winter dome a plug chop today and its running a bit rich cos of mixture screw issue.the plug tip was a nice tan colour and rwst was back and sooty fitted new plug while old one was out aswell
