any tips on removing the cat I ve cut the exhaust right next to were the welds are on the cat but its not moving

when you you look at the cat there it has a ring around it

do I need to remove the honeycomb section from the ring leaving the ring still in the exaust or remove the ring from around the cat

I think i took a fck off big hammer to it. That sorted it out good and propa!

I believe it's tack welded to the sides of the spanny iirc

I had myself a hammer, bolster and a screw driver and battered the crap out of the honeycomb bit, then got rid of the tacked ring bit aswell cos im wierd like that; took some doing but once i saw it it had to go ha

There is another restriction that dont appear often in these posts

You also need to cut here:

..And yes, rip everything out, (even the metalsheet with holes in it around the inside where the honeycomb is, if u want nicer sound)
