Where can I find full standard system, not modified. For yr 97-98?

any tips on removing the cat I ve cut the exhaust right next to were the welds are on the cat but its not moving when you you look at the cat there it has a ring around it do I need to remove the honeycomb section from the ring leaving the ring still in the exaust or remove the ring from around the cat

well so i have got 2 dtr downpipes and i know that upto 96 they were not restricted but how can i confirm it? as maybe the pipe is old or its just replaced from a newer bike and you will never know even if you buy a 1990 dt that the exhaust is original

After removing the cat from an 05 dtre pipe I took it to make local scrap metal recyclers but they don't take catalytic. Converters so now I have to find some where else to take it is it worth weighing in or should I just bin it

my exhaust says 3py-14610 its on a 2002 model i cut it in half to find the half moons but there was nothing in the fat part of the pipe anybody know where it is on this pipe i dont think it is the propper pipe for it

Sorry for making another thread, but this must be sorted out once and for all. What the **** is this thing? If it really is a restriction I will cut my exhaust again. It can be found in the front pipe behind the big cat on every bike from 2004 and forward.

Hey, Atm i got 2 stock pipes. And a Gianelli pipe. But no silencer for the gianelli pipe. I got a DEP silencer but it doesent fit the gianelli pipe. The dep silencer fits the stock pipe. Right, gonna be removing my xpanny soon to get it gutted, question is ive heard theres a gasket for the exhaust, does this need to be replaced when putting it back on or do i not need to? lol Cheers
