i orderd my self a aprilia rs master cylinder, it came today the box looked like it was crushed stood on, and the parcel company used tape to fix it, but it was all in one piece :D

Then i took it into the garage to see what it was like and the break fluid looks like ****ty water ....

Got it fitted was a bitch to bleed took me and my mate 2 hours to bleed but it works and it's much better than the standerd

I weirdly had massive problems with my rs master. You sorted the switch out on it?

Nope not yet but wont be to hard just need spade conectors and some solder and i can whip up a connector

ino just 2 wires and 2 spade connectors and some heatshrink so it doesnt rust and jobs a gooden but i can feel a huge diffrence in it now

If it were me I would do this mate.

Take your master cylinder.

Cut off the old connectors.

Leave the loom on the bike intact.

Solder the connector off the old master onto the new master. Then just use the existing loom. That way you can still easily disconnect it.

Can you not use the brake fluid switches from off Ebay? I've done same for old Brembo master cylinder switches, that are pigs to get hold of.

I don't mean use the dt switch. Just the connector where it goes into the loom.

yeh i am doing lol i get you now, i still have that bit and the wiring just the part where it connects to the master needs to have spades put on it

Yeah. So you're better off just soldering it on. Why do you need spades if you hsve the existing connector block. Just asking for things to go wrong. Solder the loom together then hear shrink it.
