On one of the photo you can see the conrod has a blue mark on it like its got hot but only on one spot where the crank has been balanced could it be where its been balanced in factory when bike was made?? or has it got hot on one point only?? there is no play in bottom end so alls good i guess.

You know you can embed photos right? Once you've iploaded them you can insert them into the file. I just can't open them yoo well on the iphone.

can anyone tell me what the 3rubber washers what come with the top end gasket kit are for like one goes on thermosta right but where do the other 2go?

that blue mark is normal on the crank mate..dont worry about that. normal on both my engines and also on a spare crank that i had that only covered 3000 miles :p

Oh i thought maybe it got hot haha maybe where they balanced the crank?
