Hi guys. I'm looking at getting some braided lines front and back. I've seen the Goodridge, HEL, Venhill and Cobra ones on there, but there is a company called Wezmoto that are doing a kit at a good price. Anyone had experience of them? Thanks, Ryan.
WEMOTO? have used HEL and found them to be good on the Black/Green bike cheaper than Goodridge, and will be popping to their place near Exeter to get some made up for the Red Hybrid pretty soon.
Nah, the seller is defintely called Wezmoto, they have a website too. A full kit is £49, instead of £58 for the HEL ones. At the end of the day, nine quid is nine quid. It's difficult enough trying to justify to the mrs that the 'ready to ride' bike I bought is now in a million pieces and boxes are arriving daily! It was mean't to be a usuable bike, because my 2 Puch Maxi projects are taking years and according to her, I end up taking everything apart but never seem to put it back together!
Ah right, I've used Wemoto for stuff, but not heard of Wezmoto, I'll have a butchers at their website later, I used HEL for my brake lines, as its just up the road from me, and when I went last time, they actually made mine up to the custom lengths and end type angles that I needed, plus they have a good range of different colours for the braiding.
+1 on what NEV said. B&CExpress made custom length HEL lines for no extra charge. But just go for stainless since the paint didn't last five minutes. My fault custom brakes took ages to sort out.
The carbon fibre look braid on my HEL lines are annodised then covered with a see through plastic cover Caliente, not painted, gives you more than a stainless choice, think I'll go red carbon fibre look for the hybrid.
They do all the colours and end fixing colours too. Was going to get the carbon look with black anodised fixings, but I'll just get stainless ends. They have a coloured or clear pvc sheathing over them I think.
