As long as it is anti freeze then no.

Although some manufacturers claim to have better cooling powers but charge £50 a bottle. Not worth it IMO

Pro-Cool about £12 -£15 most bike shops sell, looks like a 2 stroke oil bottle, bang it all in and off ya pop.

Personally I use Motul Transoil, 750ml IIRC

750ml of oil. it does say on the actual clutch side engine casing.
or if you are unsure you have drained the whole engine just keep adding a bit at a time until its level with the oil level line next to the viewing window

as for coolant/anti-freeze 0.92 litre (dtr model). i would imagine its the same for the re/x model, so a litre of ready mixed should suffice. or 50% of concentrated coolant to 50% water.
