Yeah same here mate. It's the fact that you cannot have a static IP address on a mobile. Not that I'm aware of. You can have a static IP address at home. But you have to pay extra.

So what has happened is thag your mobile internet has ARP'd for an IP and has been given a IP that bas been banned. You can actually ARP again to get another IP address.

Not understood what I've said. Google ARP IP addressing.

I don't seem to have this problem so, this is odd! You could probably run an IP:PORT Proxy on your phone, should let you bypass the ban. Only thing I could think of at the moment. Or, maybe have a VPN connection but that's just silly to use a forum, heh.

Calum, you can get a Static IP address on a SIM however, it's quite pricey and you have to pay like a years fee upfront and you're limited to a few MB/GB. Normally used for remove CCTV's.

With an IP:PORT Proxy, you're just using another Server IP address as your own, this usually helps by pass IP bans. However, people are catching on to this and banning people through the ISP address I believe, not quite sure.

A VPN is a Virtual Private Network, you can set up a server on your machine and use your home network IP address on your phone. Most companies use similar things to link each site they have to one another like Printers, VoIP, Servers etc. I think you get the basics :p.
