Sorry Lads I have not been on here for a while, work is manic at mo, doing stupid hours so I'm off to bed soon as another early start, still aint got anything done to bike but have managed to find a couple of bits for it, hopefully back to normal in about 4 weeks, Just didn't want you to think I've dumped my project and gnashed off the site.
Bought a seat off ebay, clearly states no rips or tears, opens box and yes you guessed it, it has a rip, small but not the point. messaged yesterday but no reply so messaged again today. On the work front its manic, the Lads have been put on compulsory 6 day week, on top of that there's overtime mon to thurs 2pm till 8 pm and half day sunday, to say we are busy is a understatement. Me doing Stupid hours just to get machinery to maintain and keep going.
What bike is the seat for. Dtr? I bought a brand spanking new seat on eBay last year for £60. He had bought it for a DTR and it didn't fit. I bought it and he chucked the receipt in. Was so nice.
Sold my old one for £40. When I was getting it out the garage one day I scrapped the seat against a skip and grazed the bottom right corner if it were on the bike.
But basically i was going to recover it but so a new one so effectively paid £20 for a brand new seat. And my old one small scuff bottom right.
