so my mate has a kr1 250 2 stroke that was meant to be builded as a race bike but he has no cash to throw in it he was going to sell it on for 400 quid but i can have it for 250, it needs a crank rebuild and well panels and stuff, comes with race fairings too
alight than i should buy it :D not too sure if im going to restore it. if i will fin the parts for it than i will if i wnt find them than well it will have to be a track bike :)
yes i seen it :D and they do some nice mods on them :D after looking at couple of projects i think im going to keep it for myself :D. check this one for example :D
I hope you've bought it. Even just to stick in the garage, wait a few years and sell on. 250 quid is a bargain. people with rd350's pay 100's just for the carbs!

no v5 altho it might be able to get back on the road just waiting for dan28 to come back to me with the hpi hopeffully it wnt come up as stolen, this was someones spares bike as the scrap guys have came around our garage to get the scrap from the garage and that was on their skip lol so we bought it back for what it was worth in waight, they said that the bike was in someones garden and they have asked them to take it away. i recon it would be a shocker when they get a letter from dvla when i apply for a v5 hahah :D
im thinking tho if to keep it for myself or not, same money i will spend on that would get me a nice zxr400 power wise preatty much the same and dont brake down so often, but i will buy it anyway and build it up :D

imo 400's go RVF>VFR>GSXR GK76A>CBR NC23>CBR NC29> ZXR 400
I personally owned a nc23 and gk76a great bikes had a go on a vfr and nc29 aswell the vfr was awesome
i had 2x nc29 and a zxr 400 zzxr is cheaper to insure for some reason, better equiped than the rest but cheaper :D well i guess i will be getting the 250 building it up and selling it or swaping for a nice wr450 or a husky

No numberplate either I suppose? as £25 quid and your reg numbers will get you your v5
I like the VFR/RVF mum had a UK spec VFR till my brothers mate smashed it up. Apparently, although lower spec, they are rare. The UK spec obviously had UK clocks and what not.
yes i would like the vfr but to be honest i loved my babyblade nc29 more than the looks of the vfr, wish i havent sold it sold it for 1600 last january it was sooo mint its unbelievable but well i dont really see myself riding a sports bike, i want something fun a supermoto or at least a street fighter
but the nc29 sounds good too here are some walk arounds of the 2 i had :D the red one had a full sports downpies spat fire :D it was nice, my camera was set to bad resolution for some reason
