and i dunno us it till it blows up shouldn't of bothered doing top end was nothing wrong with it tilland all you say is do top end 10,000 miles no point
OMG Seriously slow down and string a fúcking readable sentence together lol.
I don't know what that means and it hurts my brain.
What's going to blow up? My mate used to say that all the time. Things don't just 'Blow up'.
10'000 And I'd do a top end rebuild. In fact on my TZR engine I intend on doing a rebuild once a year due to the power it'll be pushing. Probably cover a few thou a year.
It's always a good idea to do one because you prevent a seizure where the top end could potentially ruin a perfectly fine bottom end.
If you don't replace the small end bearing then the bike usually sounds gash. So it could just be a bit of that and the fact that you're paranoid. If the bike was going to seize it would have done so within the first few minutes and definitely within the first few rides if it were something serious. Top end rebuild is just maintenance on a two stroke. Literally takes a few hours not a hard job. Not much way you can go wrong other than: Not installing the PV correctly. Installing rings upside down. Installing piston wrong way round. And a few others but that's about it.
You're probably just leaking noise somewhere so just double check the cylinder for spark plug, exhaust and PV end caps.
I thought you said you rebuilt it? Which would mean you would have disconnected the powervalve and it required to come out and blah blah blah cba if you don't want help don't ask./
you dont need to ride...just start the bike and video-leave running couple mins and rev the engine-so we can hear etc...not really hard to do that now is it? dont need to upload to photbucket, plenty of others, upload to facebook etc, youtube etc
