Now got new chain n sprockets along with cleaned up calipers front n rear

How did you get the pins moving in the rear calliper in the end.

Hi Slob got the pins out eventually by soakin em for a few days then puttin caliper in a sealed bag wiv abt half a can of wd40 sprayed into it  , gave both a tap wiv a allen key n they came free . Hope this helps ..

Freshly laquered tank now , oil pump line filled by hand took a hour to do ! just 2 air bubbles in it but a litre of premix should sort it im hopin .
Todays the day i finally crank up my freshly built motor that Norfe did 4 me abt 2 month ago

God Nev took 4eva but if it kills me she's gonna fire up 2day , regardin bubbles do u think a litre of premix will be enuf as i dont want to run premix n pump so soon as bubbles are gone im drainin tank !!
Treat myself to a charger other day seems damn good to me

I'm the last person you need to be asking about oil pumps mate, pre-mix all the way for me, there should be something in the manual about bleeding you're pump mate.

just start the bike up and hold the oil pump fully open while the bikes ticking over and the bubbles will pass through the pipe fast

Well thanks to everyone who's helped me over the last few months ..
She lives again am hopin for another 32.000 miles out of her !!
Well maybe :)
Heres how she looks at minute .
Needs rear brake fitting
chain to fit , bleed brakes then she should be good

just took bike out for a shake down ride , adjusted clutch ! sorted still av prob wiv lights tho
No speedo light still
just done 15 miles seems ok but sounds like its blowin but cant find anything !!

Check the two exhaust manifold bolts Dave, the exhaust can also blow from the powervalve cover, plus the rubber joint where the expanny joins the end can pipe, don't forget to re-torque your cylinder head nuts after about 70 miles done.

avnt got a rubber joint never had one from new , just o/e end pipe was slightly flared n slotted for clampin up ..
this DEP end cans pipe does the same but not slotted so put gasket sealant on before insertin pipe over spannys pipe.
av to av another look over it then
If i put my head down nr clocks it dissapears but if i look behind me i can hear it weird eh
