she is a bit rough but well what can i do for 475 quid right had it running for a while , seams like all the wires are fkd and it thinks that the kill switch is on so need to work out how to make it work without having to replace the loom, it should be straight forward but the haynes wiring diagram is not really helpfull.
so the plans are
*derbi gpr wheels
*digital speedo
*wheels, swingarm, forks, painted in black and red cristal effect but forks and swinger im going to invert the base coats so it dsnt blend in with the wheels.
*all black panels
*polisport UFX SM fender
*polisport halo headlight
*hpires tail with trimmed seat
*most likely once again an R6 tail light
*might swap out the front brake for a Mito brembo caliper
i didnt travel at all got it delivered, risky move but this time i havnt paid nothing upfront for it :D
Yep MDK thats the one i was on about, i would grab that get some good forks on it and you are set :D deffinetally less work than my one
once again r6 tail light, reshape the seat for the hpires, gonna go for the standard headlight, polisport fender, all black around. should look good and after this i have another dt comming that im going to build for myself :)
turns out that with the standard dt forks the front wheel cannot be centered it needs about 10mm to the right so i have ordered these Marzocchi 40mm Forks :D 120 quid posted with the front brake and some renthal bars thrown in, aparantly the stem lenth is the same as the dt one, just need a sleve making to fit a bigger ID stem bearing :) btw they came of rieju marathon pro
They look like the same wheels mate. What are they off of?
I ordered a load from their site, takes a week or two to come over but they're quality stickers
I've only got a handful left mate, planning on using them on my project :P they're only cheap on their site though!
Tbh they could be a straight fit... They look identical and smaller manufacturers tend to share parts like this
but sadly they aint . the problem with the rieju forks is that the wheels have to go in and aline with the brake otherwise there is no way of making a bracket for it
It has been a while and turned out that few things had been changed from what it was meant to be at the start but well here she is pretty much finished up. Let me know what you guys think
