whats the best method of doin this ?

Av heard so many variations on how to run a bike engine in some say thrash it in !hmmm

Some say it has to go through 3 heat cycles ??? wtf

Or use only a certain amount of revs ! revs they say ! i aint got a rev counter ! i say 

??? am stumped

Autolube but av to get oil thru b4 startin it was suggested to wind engine on the starter to get oil pumin thru av got clear oil line so can see oil in it with autolube wound fully open to aid flow of oil..

Hope this is relevant to what you were askin but had a few irish shandys lol

Drive 300 miles without ragging it over 6-7k. Then give it a bit more now and then up to 500 no powerband.

Engine broken in do what you want.

if nath was here he would say .

rev the balls of it drive up and down street 20x in first gear only till you see smoke come from engine then lay it down and sett it on fire .

as he is not here the above sounds good lol

You don't need a taco. Just keep it sensible no power banding till 500 miles.

If you want a taco you can't go wrong with the vapour stealth.
