just had a thought does it matter which position the brake pipe end is in as its a ring shaped end
am i missin any shims/washers on banjo bolt ?? dunno cud do wiv a break down of rear nissin caliper if anyone has one !!
they may be still on as remember seein copper wen fittin bolt not sure abt the lower one tho av to get new uns eh be best are they universal or bike specific ??
would that cause this prob if missin cos they aint leakin thats 4 sure ,, no fluid mind you
never tried it with out them but asume the holes int he bolt have to line up with the center for the fluid to run ok if one is missing it may obstruct the hole ?
thats kinda wot i was wondering about if its all lined up right
just thought if the washer on top would force it to line up fine ? but ig on bottom maybe would not line up ? also will one missing allow air in or a bad seal
Got a back brake again , usin syringe i sucked the fluid thru !
worked lovely am a happy oapdt rider lol
before i did that tho i removed rear brake line from caliper there was fluid thru wen i pressed rear brake so alls good there
i tried thru brake nipple and came out of bolt hole so no blockage
What i did find tho is that its very important to av copper washers on as after fittin a new top n bottom there was a proper flow out of nipple not just odd bubble
So i think all my trouble was at the banjo bolt n pipe not alignin properly !
must mention NEV hes been extremly helpful and patient and ive made a good friend doing so
THANKS NEV
