Does a 2003 have this wire I've had a butchers and can't see one in any of the boots behind the lamp

No you will need to pull the white sensor out the back of speedo and tuck it away

Check the powervavle is set up correct

Get a DEP exhaust

Then you are probably pushing 20bhp
