So i got in contact with these guys at adrenalines asking about more info on the new ss exhaust and possible new products for the dt as we all know theres sod all out there thats actually any good or any tasty trick bits or performance parts. here the emails between us so far.

Btw i know i shoulda check my spelling mistakes haha typing in this pile of **** fone is a mission! Lol

Hi there my names brad and im a moderator on the uk's only and very active dt125 dedicated forum, one of the lads on this forum recently bought one of your sg1 systems for his dt and it has got great interest on the forum as its it only ss tig welded system available for the dt. As u probably know dep was the only good system to get but its major down fall was that is rusted serverly if it was not maintained to a very high standard. And the finish of the pipe was not great either. The reason im contacting you is that we would love to know the power gains for your system and to know how well it works with other performance mods that have been carried out on the stock dt engine. Also maybe if theres a chance for a forum discount as most of all the uk based dt enthusiasts are on our forum and we even have members from other countries around the world. I am pretty certain that many more of our member will be buying one of your systems in the future including myself when i come near completion of my full custom built 89 dt125r. Aslo will you be producing a system for the tzr125 and tdr range as we have a few on our forum that also own them, as they share the same engine ect. It would be great if a representive of pedmoto can join our forum get to share info and ideas. As there isnt many aftermarket performance parts for the dt125 and maybe it would be in your interest to design and produce more for the dt as we on the forum belive there is a gd market for it. Just as there is in motocross aftermarket parts. We look forward to hear from you. Kind regards. Brad Dt125 forum.. http://dt125r.activeboard.com/

There reply..

Hi Brad

Its good to know you guys are interested and its always difficult to step into an area where one particular brand pretty much rules the roost. The downfalls of some of the more well known brands for us was partly down to what you mentioned corrosion and the poor fitting which seems to have worsened over the last 2 years.

The SG1 fits each of the model eras perfectly with no wobbly bits or jiggling needed + the noise and performance is brilliant. Because of the stainless steel all of the bikes used for development didnt start showing the hp they were capable of until the system was up to a reasonable temperature but once there they showed really good consistency. We helped this along with going a little thinner on the SS but no thinner than the mild steel used on others.

We saw the strongest performance on the 89>03 models with one managing nearly 22hp with no known upgrades, the RE/X etc was reaching from 17.59hp to 20.7. The low figure Ive just mentioned is still great as it was up 2.54hp on the highest we saw from other brands on this particular bike. Since this we have had really good feedback from customers that have been running with other systems like the DEP all which have been surprised/delighted with the difference, some in performance, sound and looks. One chap has continued to customize his system with Autosol which has transformed it removing the visual heat marks from welding, super shiny is great but we like the welds.

We would like to offer a good discount to forums however the price we are retailing it at is not far away from the manufacturing cost, the silencer actually costs over £100 on its own to make, we will however offer a 5% reduction on forum members on the next 20 units only. Its likely that we will up the price on the next batch so that we can keep them going so be quick J. Please let us know how we can confirm membership so that we can work something out on the site.

Regards Chris
