Hi guys, I want to know if you can fit a 2003 or earlier DTR tank on a 2006 DTRE? The plastics seem a little bit light and not good and mine is just a little bit beaten up, dents and stickers all over it! :L I want to know if an older tank will fit and if so will the old style plastics fit over the front of the bike also, thanks! :)
Dont think they will fit. iirc the mounting points are diffrent

i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike
Everything should fit just fine. But you might need to change the top yoke for a dtr one and cut of the ignition barrel . And the left cover of the airbox might need to be changed
