I just ordered an exhaust guard, but had to use my dt today to get something and this happened!! First time ive ever dropped my dt, was going really slow into a gravel corner because i know what they're like, done this corner about 100 times this time the front went!! Cant believe it 2 years of perfection now its ruined, dt's up for sale

Dent's are standard on dep's! I got my gsxr400 nearly 500 under what it's worth from somebody who kept it mint for years then knocked it over in his garage lol

He couldn't bare to look at the 2 little scratches and broken wing mirror after all that time.

Oh I read the thread but didn't have much to say in which would have been constructive.

All I can say is damn that is annoying. Hate to do that to mine. Be a right greener!

Should see the state of the fmf pipe on my old rmx when my mate dropped it, looks like someone ****ted it with a lump hammer lol. Couple of scuffs here and there's nothing to worry about, I'd never use mine if I worried that much lol

Guess I'm the only one or in the small minority that isn't bothered about dents or scratches? As long as the bike runs and passes MOT's I couldn't care less about the state. One more dent or scratch might put a scrote off robbing it (unlikely seeing as its a perfect field bike though)

Its just when you come to sell it at some point, they see the scratches and then you cant say you've never dropped it, and if you say just the once they probably wouldn't believe you

My life with my dt flashed before my eyes as that front wheel slid out, i knew it would never be the same again...

Got the exhaust gaurd come today anyway, burnt the ****ing thing

I think the majority of that is dirt, cleaned this top bit after to get a proper look at the damage
