Just purchased a frame with what is apparently an unrecorded number according to the HPI cert provided. Does anyone know how I can get the frame registered? I believe I need an Age related cert or reg but not sure where to start.
Also what HPI check companies are best for checking these things out???
there is some one on here forget name who can get reg from frame numbers .
now thats if the frame numbers are legit ..common old trick to stamp up some random fake frame numbers on a bike to make it look legal ..to either sell on or so if the police check it comes back as not recoreded stolen
