Can't feel any imperfections but it blew here last time would this be classed as cracked :/

What blew? The head gasket. Get some photos up.

It's more likely warped. I wrote up a tutorial on how to fix this. For the sake of £5 it's worth doing everytime you do a rebuild. It's under this section

Please clarify.
