HAND MADE exhaust's

Hello everyone.

As I posted on General Chat, I am 2 stroke expansion chamber builder, and a huge fan.

I am from Portugal, and I had put a lot of effort to build better pipes for DTR 125 and DT50 tuned engines. There is a ton of DTR's and Dt's in Portugal, so there is market for this.

I build, tested and developed several pipes for DTR/DTX until they are worthy over the best aftermarket there are.

I also did a ton of testing, and they got to the dyno a couple times.

What I can tell is that a good hand made pipe with cones is always better than pressed or blowed ones, simply because they use the expansion wave in the pipe in a sharper way. So, in case of the DTR my pipe is generaly knowed to give top end and improve overrev.

I am posting several pics in here, but also look at my catalog: https://imageshack.com/a/wwsq/1

I will sell them on sales in this forum, any doubt please ask :)

The dyno represented is from a unrestricted DTX 125 with a model 3 down pipe and a 32 carb:

All the upper models and stainless steel ones have similiar performance.

Thanks

As said I can vouch for his work. Whilst I haven't used it yet It is a work of art. Fast build and fast purchase with excellent communication. Couldn't rate him anymore.

Oh and he even had maps for the Zeeltronic ignition!

Thanks again mate !

normal under pipe cost's 140eur, plus postage.

I had client's that before mine runned with firebox, they installed and got around 10km/h of top speed with mine model 3.

Of course this pipes need serius jetting and the valve as to be working the best.

This is serios work, I invested a lot on this. Besides that, that's why my work survived, because the exhaust's work properly.
