I know its probably been asked to death but what is the mpg of a DT125R tank range and such? or 0-60 times of your bikes?

Just daydreaming really as im not going to have mine on the road for a little while yet

With a 32mm VHSA carb, Custom ignition, Custom intake, Pipes and ported cylinder. I get about 100+ miles to the tank. Pretty sweet economy really. Remembering that it is a two stroke so is pretty useless on fuel.

0-60 time on a DT isn't worth timing lol.

I get about 120 miles per tank

i only got about 60 miles to a tank on my dt

i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike

60miles to a tank, that's 10L... That's like 30mpg :/

Lol yeah but Danny never had a head gasket lol.

It's a carb engine mate. Not exactly fuel efficient engines.

I was just saying 0-60 ain't worth timing as most sports bikes are under 4 second's.

Jog on Victor. My DT will EASILY do 0-60 in less than 4 seconds easily.

With bad fuel efficiency and bad performance I feel like I'm getting shafted up both holes. I need a redeeming quality somewhere?

yeh cal it had one that was holey :p and my dt was quick no word of a lie never seen one that would out run it even with me on it and im a big guy

They're really reliable. I mean Danny only had to replace the head gasket, 3 or four times.

LOL! Yeah I never raced Danny's but I'm sure it was lol.

 My 50CC moped outran cars at the lights to 30MPH. hahah.

It's the power to weight ratio, it just cannot be compared to a cars. smile Of course, if most cars were giving it the beans, they'd probably be about even.
