Sorry Cal will do, keep forgetting. Anyway been tinkering trying to sus the powervalve operation out. It only has about half a centimetre movement fully open to fully closed before it hits stoppers to prevent piston contact. It is going to be workable with a DT servo I think with carefully adjusted cables "lots of slack so they only move the small amount needed to open and close".....

Mate £150 and a zeeltronic will sort that for you. You can fully adjust the powervalve so that it opens and close exactly by how much and when.
Plus you'll be able to map it much more aggressively
Yes but you still need to set the cables correctly with or without the Zeeltronic Cal so that's what im going to have to do with a Yamaha cdi, I know where your coming from but funds are tight on this thing and im going to try and do it with what ive got laying around save for the pipe and wheels cause that's what I don't have. I was thinking about an FMF fatty ive used them before on YZ250,s and my KTM has one on but there all topend I think a 125 wants a bit of low to mid so a good solid standard YZ pipe with a decent tailpipe might be the way to go on this "if I can find a decent solid one".
