I need a lift with a minium height of around 200mm can anyone recommend anything loads on e bay but all too high

What bike is it for just out of interest?

I've heard about use just a normal Jack on some bikes. Would that not suffice?

It's for my xvs chopper
I ve used a jack in the past but had to stand the jack on a stack of weights too make it the right height before jacking it up an the jack doesn't hold it secure as it doesn't have much surface area
