hi going to install my kickstart parts when i get my gasket, anything i should be real careful about when disassembling and reassembling clutch? i have read calums guide. and how big is the nut behind the clutch plates?and what to do without clutch holding tool?

Buy a clutch holding tool. I made my own but it bit me in the arse when working on my tzr engine. For what its worth the tool from yambits is very good.

Yes. The clutch plates must be balanced upon reassembly. It's easy enough to do. Just make sure you do it.

Alright, guess i could make a tool at school. But do you know how big the nut is behind the plates?

And also, isnt it just to pull all the plates off together and leave them together like you took them off, and then put them in the same way back in? if you understand  me .. :P

Yes and no.

I would just rebalance it for the sake of it. Incase you accidently move it. Keep the order they came out the same.

It's important that the clutch plates remain in the same order so that each one sits against the ones they wear against. However in my time I've never had dt clutch plates go.
