dtr125.net say one way of setting the power valve up and the manual says to do it the the other way which is right for a 1990 dtr ..... there are 2 carb types flat slide and barrle slide ... can the flat slide be used and if so wot jetting should be used
dtrnet says cross cables over if you do this the valve does indeed turn anti-clock but when engine is running valve is fully open at idle and close at high rpm manual says oppersite??
well i can safley say that i have tried it and it ran worse than it already is this is wot i have done changed carb 28 flat slide(other as cracked) main 190 pilot 22.5 needle on 5th clip standard filter and air box big one spany /tail 3wire servo set up to manual standard gearing on c&s rebored to 57mm
