Oh right nice one , they dont do a DEP for an 88 model , it has to be made etc and wont be ready till mid December , f%$£k that

£10 more tho, why dont you order silencer from dirtbike whatever and tidy tidy from pedstop?

p.s i bet £100 you threw the silencer away when you got the bike

Lol yeah I did , they dont have it mate I called almost every place that do it . Even the main Uk supplier and they all say they're very rare as it changed after 89 .

So I either have to get one special order 4-6 weeks , or get a standard one but 88's are hard to find


quite annoyed , wish I could see why the 89 wont fit , if its just brackets then im sure I could ammend that

why did they change it after one year :S

Ordered my DEP silencer , and another Tail tidy yesterday and get an email today saying there's something wrong and they need more ID to continue to post my bits , that I've paid for , and told them I needed by today . Was meant to put it all together on Sunday :evil:

Now I have to fax off some bloody info and wait till fcuk knows when .

Anyways got these bits done today

New barrel





No running bike for me this weekend

Yeah that's what they said they'll do if I dont provide Id . Cant get it at home as im never here during the day so work It'll have to be , just extra hassle and I wanted my siht today !!!

Check it out , exhaust turned up , tailtidy turned up , so got fitting .

Hadn't realised before but I'm not too keen on the DEP silencer's looks , really dated . Might have to change that later on .

You may be wondering where the feck is the DEP sticker , well for some reason it came on the other side .Called the shop and they're sending me a new one to put on the outside

Need to get some better bolts and rubber washers tomorrow

lmao that dep on the wrong side is so funny haha made me laf.
did wonder where it was b4 the underneath pic lol

tail tidy looks good, looks exactly the same as mine lol i need a smaller plate, looks better lol

i put the acerbis sticker over the screws to hide them, until i find better screws

lol Yeah I was all ready to send it back but them saw on the packaging that it also shows it on the inside . Guy at the DEP shop said it's a warranty issues so said i can have the sticker free ...even though I didn't buy it from that store lol .... feck Adrenalin !!

Yeah I need some better bolts with black heads and rubber washers , nothing is tightened at the moment .

i want some that are flat on top, then i will counter sink them in the plastic so they lay flat :)

Cause I made sure the holes were in the letters , so when black bolts go on it'l be a bit more subtle . But countersunk sounds better .

Sidelight wiring
Longer fuel hose
Brake fluid
Coolant
Oil

Brakes need to be bled but check it out . I cant do too much up here as it needs to split down to go downstairs again ( not pushing it down the stairs ) . And it cant go down stairs until I sort out the security down there , locks chains anchors etc etc . So I'm juggling it mate , just doing what I can and hoping I get breaks .
