is there only a restricter piece in front part of my exhaust or do i i need to cut in half and gut ?

A genuine '92 pipe only has the restriction in the downpipe.I've never seen one with one in though

cheers man i took peice out of down pipe thismorning just making sure theres no more in there to take out dont want to chop up if no need to
