Yeah a UFO front and HPires rear biggrin , someone along the line did an upgrade mate .

It's funny cause your rear fender does seem to point downwards a bit , wonder what's causing that hmm . You might have ordered the same one again sorry to say mate . But trust me either will sell easily . It might be how it's attached that's causing the slope down

Yeah I believe because it still had the standard rear light assembly it was pulling the whole thing down, I will be fitting my tail tidy kit to the new 1 which should hopefully allow the fender to sit much higher.

I dont mind I have bought a new fender really though mate as the holes had been drilled for the old setup anyway and would have looked daft with the new tail tidy so should look alot b etter with a brand new 1 and only holes where I need them.

This is what I'm doimg with my rear plastics when they arrive , I think it makes the rear look a bit higher and gives it a more sporty look biggrin

You just got the Acerbis jobby though , ready to get rid already ? spin.gif

The Portugues site link is on page 1 mate . I suggset you join up and view the Galeria . You can translate the whole page to English so it's easier to use crash.gif

Is it just me but look at the picture of the black one where you can see from behind does it look like theres some sort of shaft been bolted on that is sat pushing the rear fender upwards?

Im just wondering If thats how they have got them to point so upwards. Either way Im thinking of doing something similar myself could soon knock something together that stops the rear fender dropping down If it wants to when I put my new one in place.

Cant wait!

Oh forgot to say , to get it looking flush like that I know for a fcat they cut the reaer bar arms off , the bit where the OEM fender goes is chopped off , if not it sticks out a bit disbelief

Yeah I thought I would have to remove the bars from the rear.

Ill let you know when it arrives bud. Im tracking it but all Ive got so far is it left PORTO on the 2nd.

Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow as Ive got my bike at work and no work on tomorrow lol.

Ill soon figure out if it needs something to get that angle.

Once Ive got the angle Im looking for I will cut the side panels to match, hopefully will achieve a similar look as the black one above which appears to have had the rear fender cut a bit also.

Looks great

I was in Crete in May - crazy roads, and all along the sides of the roads, there are loads of little shrines to all the people killed in road accidents, and I mean loads on every stretch of road.  Portugal is probably the same, our crazy European counterparts!!

They do some shhweeet bikes though, check this one out...

Yeah a bit too much some of it, but some things I've seen on there I really like.  I love the centre exit exhaust under the fender and I really love the little mini headlight/spotlights mounted to the fork tubes.  Anybody got any idea where to get these little spotlights from?

Yeh the under seat mount looks wicked, and for the fork light things i don't no where you would get hold of them but when you do make sure they are "E Marked" & that you set them up correctly as if not im sure it is illegal to ride at night with them!

I was thinking of maybe using them along with my standard headlight (or another aftermarket road legal headlight and cowl) so they just come on with full beam or maybe on a seperate switch so I could just flick them when I wanted the effect or extra brightness.....it would certainly make night riding on unlit country roads a bit better!

If you want a bit more brighter light's then got for the "XENON bulbs" they make your dt look much better and are brighter so is a win win :)
