thought id help anyone who may be wanting to change their jets at any point
first take carb out of bike by undoing the 2 jubilee clips(1 either side) 1 attaches the carb to the airbox, the other to the inlet rubber where the reeds are
now the carb is free
unscrew the 2 screws on the top of carb(if these sheer they easily come off with mould grips then replace the screws after
now that you have the carb easy to get to
unscrew the 3 bolts on the bottom of the carb the jet is located inside the lower bowl
be careful not to damage the float bowls(2 black plastic floats) also be careful not to bend the lever they sit on (see pic)
basically what you need to do now is remove the plastic cap from the middle of the carb(see pic)
this will now reveal your jet
unscrew this anti clockwise as you would a normal bolt but be careful as it is made of copper and is easy damaged
reason being that it is made of copper is that if it gets stuck it can be drilled out without damaging the carb
while every thing is off give your carb a really good spray of carb cleaner
this will prevent any blockages
put your new jet in and reassemble
pics too
