They go to the carb heater pipes - most people leave them off unless you are using the bike regularly in this freezing weather.

hi everyone .

havent been on the site much recently holiday season n all that,

also been mucking around with the new toy a CCM 644 fecking

beast !

but yeah started doing a few bits to the dt

removed the old engine, and found a problem strate away

wich was what benney boy was talking about .The hole where

big pin goes through the chassis, swing arm and engine was

made smaller by some ****ty little metal and rubber bush thing.

so i got the blowtorch on it and tapped it out.

and id like to point out to bennyboy im prety sure my engine has got
cylinder with mounts so should be cool there hopefullysmile.gif

as for the carb and manifold thanks for the advice m8 but im goin

to just use the 28 for the time being.

and ben350

iv already got my wheels mate but fanx anyways.

im not at all sure wether its a 4dl or 4fl

on the loom it says 4dl
and on the bottom.

all i know is it fits now,

so onto the next problem the electrics i fcuking hate messing about with wiring such a pain in the ass.

i roughly connected up the loom put all the connectors i could match up to where they go. and i think all i need is a cdi + ignition.

cant be sure thoconfuse.gif

does anyone know where i can get a wiring diagram????
that would sort me right outsmile

o yeah as 4 the pics- my bad ill c if i can flip em nex tym

[spoiler]

kool people,

its been a while aint been doin much with the dt due to the electrics pissin me off.

also had another project on my hands iv put a aprillia rs50 engine in a pit bike.

but while searching through the messy scrap pile that is my shed i found a few bits

i didnt think i still had.

like my dtre loom ,cdi and stuff.

so the plan is take the cylinder off the engine i bought and put it on the dtre bottom with the dtre loom and in theory i should be on road soon biggrin.gif

but as always i will probly find a few problems on the way..... ill try upload a few photos of what i bin up to.
