Check this video out and let me know if your clutch rattles too, it surely cant be doing any good can it? I've checked my other bottom end and the thing the clutch fits onto also has a little bit of a wobble, not up and down more in and out motion. Also if i put my finger in (When it's not running obviously) i can push it up and down which worries me. In the video i tried to record the clutch bouncing around but i forgot to turn the light on my phone
If you wouldn't mind starting your bikes up and listening if yours does it i'd be very appreciative, Steve
Yeah, i looked at the kickstart mechanism and the white plastic in the middle had a crack all way down it, i replaced it with another and it hasn't rattled since. Might have been other parts of the mechanism but thats the only part i could tell was knackered lol

lol sounds simple enough... mines asif its rattleing on somthing thats turning its a real head blag lol but il check that out see if thats what mine is
