Did you space the clutch plates properly? If not, you get vibration.

RE: Clutch plates,
Put the marker that circle cut out thing on the clutch centre right at the top at 12 'o'clock
And then basically fit the ones that are machined off like this:
The first one would be at 12 'o'clock
The second one with that damper ring is it called? should be at 2 'o'clock
The third one should be at 4 'o'clock
The fourth one should be at 6 'o'clock
The fifth one should be at 8 'o'clock
And the sixth one should be at 10 'o'clock

I can do that with my eyes closed i've done it that many times, the bit that confuses me is setting up the pushrod, you know the thing that goes through the middle of the pressure plate confuse

ive done it now, but its impossible to get them evenly spaced, cos the clutch drum has 23 slots in it, whereas the ones in the haynes manuals have 24. so i had to put each plate in with 3 slots from the next, except the last plate which is 2 slots apart, if that makes any sense. I took it out for a ride earlier, theres still abit if vibration there, but no where near as bad a s before..still abit annoying tho as it makes other things rattle
