Has my head gasket gone?

I changed the clutch the other day for one that didn't make a squeeking noise, i also changed the front pipe and main jet in the carb back to standard.
Anyways after taking it for a spin i realised it lacked power on the top end, also when i go to kick it over it seems to lack $hit loads of compression, the reasons i think i've blown my head gasket are that:
  • When i had it started today when i revved it there seemed to be massive air bubbles going to the expansion tank (where extra coolant goes)
  • It also seems to be smoking alot more than it normally does
  • Lack of compression
  • Lack of top end power
Can anyone confirm these as a major sign that my head gasket has gone?

Mines the same almostish, think its rings mate tbh, when i rev mine flat out in neutral ect. the revs arent constant, the revs kind of bounce, like its struggling to rev out at the very top, and my top end power isnt good, 65-70, sayin that i am a big ****er haha, also i think clutch plates are wearin, ive got a check from the 3rd party insurance coming for my claim, concerning the bikes repairs, sendin me £1350, so im gonna replace rings head gasket clutch plates ect. see what its like then.

I rung up my so called Yamahaha dealer and they said it would be £15 for a head gasket, i asked if it was a genuine Yamahaha head gasket and they said no and they need my frame number for a genuine part so im gonna give them a call later and see how much they try and rob off me lol. I also went to a head skimming place and they wanna charge me £30 so i think im gonna get some sand paper and do it on some glass what do you guys think? Or is it me just been a tightwadd? Lol

Your local yammy dealer is a theiving scumbag ashamed tell them to feck off.

If they quote you too much let me know and i'll order one from yamaha up here and post it to you (will only cost £11.20 ish that way)

Head skim is usually around £20- or was about 3 year ago but i got charged £60 to skim my head and barrel, so probably £30 each.
It wouldn't hurt to do it yourself though. No doubt be a handy thing to know for future?

Personally i'd just pay the £30 quid and be done with it biggrin ya tight git biggrin

I didn't get chance to ring them back up, well i did i just couldn't be bothered lol, cheers mate i'll bare it in mind, i think my closest yamahaha dealer after them is about 15-20 miles away in Sheffield :-O
And yeah my uncle said when he was buying/selling bikes a head skim is only about £15-20 then when i turned up they said £30 minimum i was kinda shocked. My bike didn't get the chance to overheat so i doubt it is warped
My plan is that i'm just gonna get a new head gasket, check the piston while im down there, skim the head with some sandpaper on something very flat, fit the gasket and change the oil and coolant just to be sure. All in all it should cost about £20-25 (i hope lol)

Well since the weather cant make it's mind up i havn't got around to taking the head off. I'm just about to phone up my so called Yamahaha dealer and see how much they will charge me for a genuine head gasket, will edit my post with a price :)

EDIT:
Said it would be about £9.6X but the total including VAT and postage to them will be about £14 So i told him to order one and i'll pick it up when they get it. Strange thing is they're wanting more for a crap one then they are for a genuine confuse

Damn, well i'm gonna ring up my local mechanic tomorrow and if he can get it any cheaper im gonna tell the so called Yamahaha dealer to shove it up there @ss.
Or if he cant do it cheaper im gonna ask why it has cost so bloody much, they said it could take up to a week to arrive so Yamaha cant be sending it by any decent delivery service. Also just worked out that the VAT would still only make the total about £11.40.

Been to the dealer today and it said on the packet the gasket was in that it costs £8.50 but the total including VAT was £9.99 so i dont think it was too bad, now i just need to get around to fitting it :)
