right, i am pissed off. took off my top end and replaced the head gasket with a yammy one because the pattern one died after 40 miles, get it back and all seems fine, warm it up and water starts pissing from one of the bolts no
when i was rebuilding it the first time water pissed from the same place so i tightened it all back  down by hand(this time i torqued it out of the bike with a torkie)

anyway when i was doing this i damaged one of the bolts taking out the studs, i tightened it  down too far and the cap popped out of it so its basically sitting on it now like a normal nut and no cap on it. can water leak out through where the caps would be or is it more likely my head is warped?
today its all back together and me expecting finally the end of my trouble and it pisses water. is it just a case of a bad but or should i be going looking for a warped head?

very annoyed

Added some pics of the offending nut, the water actually seems to be coming out the top of it, going to get one of the heads skimmed tomorrow anyway and fingers crossed i can drive this **** again

Really not great pics but you can see that the top is taken off one compared to the others, it is gone completley but i have spare nuts to go on when i am putting the head back on
