bit rusty :P to do colour checks i believe you need to do a full throttle run then clutch it and check straight off

you have to be in top gear at full throttle, i hear you ask why not in any other gear, well all other gears will top out, and cause the rev limiter to kick in which casues a moment of rich and lean mixtures. any way once youve had it at full throttle doing 70 or what ever. cut the engine and pull the clutch at the exact same time.
