qwll my bike is runnin very slugish when it hits band, dosent wanna stay in band jus splutters kinda, its hard to explain, but i take the plugs out and they are black oiled up,ive de-restricted it in manifold, under sear, snorkle powervalve pinned, how do i solve this

If you're 100% there is too much oil going in then just adjust the cable going to the oil pump but only do it by a tiny bit or you run the risk of running it without enough oil.. Which obviously is not a nice thing to do to your bike
