Sounds like the engine is seizing up on you - check your oil delivery is okay, and there's oil in the tank, etc.
Chances are though you've probably done a fair bit of damage to the cylinder and/or piston in which case you'll be looking at a rebore to put it back to perfect.

What ratio of 2 stroke have you been adding to the petrol?

the chap i had it of gave me sum beeker thing and it has markings on it he said put so much in for every litre so i did and it was running ok... but the other day i was out ov petrol and had no 2stroke so had to buy some from tesco and just mixed it in i think i put a cap in for every litre .. but it was running ok .. i opend me powervalve once id fitted other cylinder head and thats wen the problem started and last night i was riding home and it did it again put the kick start wudnt budge then i managed get enuff weight on it to get it to kick no chance i was pushing it that far lol
There's a chance the you've been too lean, cos a cap per litre is probably near 100:1 or less or something like that, dunno really - just guessing! A bottle cap can only be about 10mls or so...
Getting another bottle and using the pump is definitely the best bet.
Take the top end off and have a look - its good you been using some oil, but I'd have to fear the worst, especially if its a recent rebore too. It'll still be fairly tight in there. Its definitely not seized cos of not being run in though. I had mine rebored recently at PJME - warmed it up fully, cooled it down for an hour, warmed it up fully, cooled it down for an hour, warmed it up fully and took it out and thrashed the cojones off it - ran like a dream! Sorted!
Keeping my fingers crossed you'll be okay, despite a couple mild seizes! Don't give up on it totally though, cos when they run well they're awesome bikes!
