Hi just reasembling my dt125r clutch and have decscored a large metal ring between a friction and metal clutch plate, can anyone tell me what is for, and if it is supposed to be there.
Ive looked in the manual and no joy??

yea its supposed to be there, in the haynes mauel it says its a damper ring
