Sorry but your handing out bad advise, saying buy a new pipe.
Your hole problem is the ypvs , or what ever , you have it pegged open which means your lower rpm well be **** , then take of very well in the powerband.
Nothing can fix it , its the hole point in haveing a woring powervlave.
am not giving any bad advice and i never said anything about buying a pipe all i said if the servo is not working is to buy a new one to get best results

Hello mate, like senda suggested do you know if the powervalve pulley/servo is working? When you turn the ignition on, the powervalve should open and close on it's own (cleaning cycle).
Take the cover off that houses the PV pulley, turn the ignition on and you should see it turn. Or even turn the bike on fully and up the revs abit, you should see the PV pulley operating.
If nothing is happening it might indicate a problem with your servo. I think you can remove the rubber cover on it, check that the cables have not come out or a cog hasn't poped out for whatever reason :)
Very handy little thread which shows another method for setting up the PV, I noticed you alligned it flush to the exhaust port - may have unaligned or something :)
