ive just brought a 1999 ktm 125 lc2,the bloke i brought it off said its the same engine as the dt125r?does any one know if they are the same engine? they look alike,and have got the same power valve+servo set up?

the bloke i got it off said its a dtr engine with ktm on the side casings?im having some problems with it,water dribbles out of the rad overflow when warmed up,when left ticking over for awhile petrol leaks out of the carb.and no powerbands,the bloke said he changed the float in the carb,and the powervalve cables and the water and oil.ive only ridden it once as it needs mot.

when my mate had water dribbling out of his rad when running it was the head gasket but also may not have been bled properly try draining all the water out and rebleeding it and see what happens after that.
could also be a gasket on the carb bowl of something simple like that powervalve servo may be gone maby??
