Hi all, this is my 1990 Yamaha dt 125. I got it with a full dep pipe, yz 125 front mud guard, small indicators and a beefy rear tyre, Everything else is standard ( even the front tyre is original! )

Recently I have sprayed the pannels satin black, made a huge difference.
But unfortunatley pictures of it won't be coming for a week or two as the bike has seized and is at the workshop, bad times :(

I have big plans for the bike will upload pictures soon.

Damn sound's bad mate....if the crank is siezed or damaged you would be better of gettin a race crank (after Market) one they will be cheaper and better!

Keep us updated dude.......

I think a standard crank would be better unless your going to tune the head :)

The grinding sound could be the chain and/or sprockets, just a heads up! biggrin

Had a similar sound on my Derbi a few weeks ago now, had it diagnosed down to it being the chain/sprockets, turned out it was the chain. Then after getting the bike serviced a new sound appears, that was diagnosed by myself, my dad and my dads friend a offroad freak as being a worn bearing in the gearbox, but it was actually the little chain roller being knackered lmao :L

Cheers for the comments :)
The grinding noise is coming from the barrel but it runs very well so not sure what it is.
