New leg mate those threads are set in it.

Fun little project there and lmfao @ the bike in car lol

After fitting the rear fender I doubt you'd need a jack up kit unless you're really tall. HP rear on a standard DT height looks perfect imo.

Fairplay mate he got for you then lol, I agree with seiki a hipres rear does look good at standard height as it pokes up more than a standard rear

Nice one m8y . Right as for the stud they can be removed and repalced dont go buying a new fork leg, ill tell u wat iv got a set of forks for sale ill pullout one of the studs for ya n post it over, also if u do need a front wheel and spindle i have both for sale too ( btw ur gonna need to buy a stud extractor to put the new stud in without damaging it , use mole grips to get the old one out , it will have a normal thread so anticlock wise to get it out)

Alright mate that hole is for a little bottle, you don't need it tho just push a bottle cap in there that's what I did on my last bike

tht lil pipe that goes into the frame is the overflow m8 dunno y yamaha put it in there i pulled mine off and made it so itll jus spit out on the floor rather than rust my frame from the inside out! lol

yeah it's puttting your fuel/air mixture out thats why it bogs, push the cap in so that the top is inside so it makes the air flow smoother. thats your coolant over flow it'll go into that bottle and if it fills up will go through the frame and out the bottom if i rember correctly

for a moment there i thought the second pic of ur bent axle was the one i sent yer lol i was WTF im sure it was straight!! lol
my ign barrel looks like your new one mine has both of them locks too but i dnt have the key for the one on the head tube either, i think urll find that the stem that joins ur yokes together will have the cutout init for the steering lock intergrated in ur new barrel jus give it a go m8, think the steering has to be on full lock for it to catch the cutout bit?
