Nice one Toy, can't you make a bracket for the yokes, so that the DT clocks fit? or is it that you really fancy a Vapour set? I reckon flogging the DT clocks would make up for the lions share of a set of Vapour clocks anyroad.

im not 100% on vapours my mate was selling some and said i cna take them to size up and if i want them i can have them for £40 but i gave em back in the end as i like my analog clocks.

im planing to make a bracket that wraps around the fork legs giving me some wear to mount to.

allso need a new headlight witch im not 100% on was thinking the polisport but eveyone has them allso thinking the trail tec super bright ones but there £100 for a headlight

i was debating selling my dtx forks, twin brembo calliper, twin headlight and headlight cowl as i should get like £120 for them to put towards it and then make a bracket up like your ones so i can use sm wheels on the yz forks hopefully the spindle is the same size.

You should get what your asking for your stuff no probs Toy, when you get your YZ forks take a pic of the and send it to me mate, I made a few extra brackets when I did mine, there may be one you can doctor.
If you are making your own, get the caliper connected up to the master cylinder/lever, bleed the brakes with the caliper on the (DTX 300mm disc?) sit the caliper on to the disc, making sure the pads sit correctly on it, oh and watch out at the bottom of the caliper so that the pad securing bar is well away from the disc too,(about 3-5mm) once you have the caliper sitting right, cable tie the brake lever to the handlebar, so its on the disc tight then take your measurements from the fork lugs to the caliper bracket.

im not sure weather to use the yz front calliper as its a twin pot nisin i think or make the bracket so i can use the brembo for the sm wheels.
I might get a new master cylender aswell as i think the dt ones are kinda weak.

nev when i get it and plan it all out if i send u the measurements can u make me one up ill pay ofc XD i hate working with metal in my house as my dad hids the tools and takes me forever to find them all again lol

just bloody relised i cant keep the dt clocks as its cable drive and the yz's dont have a speedo drive unless i can get a wheel from like a wr with a cable speedo to fit or even the standard dt wheel mod that on then i can keep my speedo but probly not

Aye no probs Toy, just let me know when they arrive, as for the Brembo master cylinder, theres a fair few TDR, TZR, Ducati, Aprilia?older ones knocking about on Ebay, with the built in rectangular reservoir on them, but I did see earlier on the Ebay Italian site, theres the newer type Brembo set up for about 30 euros, with the round reservoir like the rear brake one,

i qite like the look of the newer brembo ones with he round master cylinder but id end up snapping it off.

i wish i kept my offroad dt so bad it had a nisin master cylender i would just need a banjo break light switch and it had braided breka lines on the outher one. =[

Well if it does go pear shaped Toy, I have some Paoili TDR forks here, plus speedo drive going begging, plus you could flog on the YZ ones at a fair profit if needed to.

Tell ya what if you can get a front spindle turned I wouldn't mind one, about 10mm longer than standard DT one, as mine sits about 6mm inside the fork thread, and would rather have it sitting that much outside the fork.

Nice 1 fella, joining the usd crew!!!!! Your bikes gonna sit well high lol

Its gonna be too much hassle If you want to keep the sm setup so you can flick between the 2 like you do,

Best bet sell the sm front end and get a sm wheel to fit them forks. Also the DT yokes will be useless to you as your gonna take off the stem.

iv got a spear yokes with stem.

its so in case i crash and bend the usd's i can swap it all back over and still be able to ride.

depending what size the yz spindle is i can just mill out the dtx hub or just get a yz hub and lace that on so it will be a straght swap my plan is to be mostly sm with it as i dont really like the sm atm as it sits low so with the usd's it will jack the front up alot more so will be as high as my dt is atm but with sm wheels on XD

itll be alot of hassle tryin to use the dt wheel with em aswell m8, been there tryed it lol ur best bet is to get 2 wheels for the yz n lace one of the hubs to a 17" rim and do the same for the dt rear like u already got that way u dont have to worrie about swapping brake n **** over every time u jus gotta swap the wheels

bradders that is what i was thinking people still want £50 for the hubs without a disk then it will cost like £50-100 to get it relaced =[ looks like its costing well to much =[

the plan atm is to try and see if i can use a dt wheel and get a custom spindle made up that is longer and then have a spacer type deal skred into the outher side of the spindle hole on the forks.

i love useing paint hehehe

i dont know how they look so cant make planes yet from what i have read and been looking at the yz 250 forks are the same a yz 125 from years to years so 1989 first yz with usd's untill 1998 i think there all the same from 1998-2001 then 2001 onwarlds.

im quite sure they will be quite erlyer ones and they will be from a scrapper to be at this place they only break cheap scrappers lol so will be 89-98 most likely.

and i know the guy who build this.

he made me a spacer for my front sproket when i relised i was missing mine and he fitted the disk pouch on the front mudguard XD

so if i get stuck on the spindle use his brind to work something out hhaa
