If it fits a DT it's big enough biggrin

Your main priority should be stripping and cleaning as you go, i'd spend at least 4 episodes of Red Dwarf just cleaning coolant bottles.

Put sweat in it and it will be worth it biggrin

Quick update, this is where i'm at at mo

Got some bits blasted at work today ready for painting

Got a couple of questions tho:
1: How bo you get the ball race bearings of bottom yoke?
2: Any tips on how to remove suspension linkage? removed the 14m bolt but other side wont budge. Tried puting bolt back in and using an old ts axle n hammer but no luck not worried about breaking linkage as will get a new one along with shock, so any help would be great

Unles its broken you NEVER remove that bearing mate. I had to but it needs a press and replacing wasnt fun.

Pump that weight a few times and try harder lol

Gotta love havin a bad day at work to come home to some goodies. Received my cluth lever, top yolk bolt and bar clamps from seiki, and my battery tray from ebay. Got aload more still to come from the bay including a new harness, powervalve servo, inlet rubber and some other odds n ends. Takin the frame and other bits to work tomoz to get them blasted and try n get the linkage off. Still need to get a new swing arm, footrests and dtx forks, but might be getting a dtx setup if my mate wins a bike on ebay :). Still need to get the stem and bearings off bottom yoke if anyones got any tips
