Right, went to take her for a spin and noticed a puddle of coolant so think the ****ty head gasket has gone again, gonna get a proper yammy one this time as fed up with the patterns. Still took her for a spin and managed to hit 61mph lol heres some pics up farley mount (had to give her a clean wen i got there as she was covered in mud).

Havent got an onbord cam and had no one with me so decided to record it from my pocket on my phone lol not much to look at but you can hear the bike.

alright guys not been on for a while due to not doing much with bike. had a little fiddle recently to try n get her running again but not joy, so Ive made the decision to strip n sell it. If anyone needs any parts let me know as the whole things gotta go. only parts I wont be selling are the digital dash and the twin pipes as I'm gonna save these for my next bike(husky sms125), inbox me if you want any parts

I know mate. I really don't wanna sell up as I love the bike to bits and have put so much money and effort into but the money sides of things are just getting stupid now. I must of spent about 1700 all in and I just can't justify throwing more money at when I can buy this husky for 1800

because a husky will not look so nice it will be quicker but will want more moeny spending on pistons rings and re bores it wont have that i build this bike from frame up felling a engine doesnt cost that much would be worth it to buy that if you split the dt u wont get 1700 back and will end up haveing to put a few hundred towards it anyway and insureance will probly cost more =]

I like the look of the husky personally. I know it will cost more in maintenance but I don't plan on using it as much now that I'm driving. I know ill never get back the money I've put into the dt, but I knew that from the start. I'm just fed up with problem after problem with it, and can't be doing with it stressing me out every time it goes wrong. I just want something I can jump on and ride and if the husky falls through ill probably buy a dtx anyway. nothings set in stone at the moment, my uncles interested in alot of the bits for his but I want to get out and have a look at the weekend before I decide for definate

Engines all in and running, seeing as I sold my new panels to my uncle I bought his old ones for 45. All I need to get her on road now is, front mudguard as uncle didn't give me his, new headlight (got my uncles original but not gonna use it), recover n shape my uncles seat, expansion chamber as mines had it, new levers and taillight. Also this time, after seeing bradders and steves day out, I'm gonna go to the dark side n go all black but with bit of orange. Already cut the panels down n gonna start prepping them tomoz, will add some pics as I go

Cheers darth! I need to find me a riding buddy but everyone I knows got sports bikes or ****y little 125 Chinese 4 stroke pieces of wank lol. Trimmed the seat base other day, thinking about replacing foam with memory foam but not sure if it'll work, might just top it off with some for that cushy feeling. Test fitted the Panels and you can see the expansion bottle so gotta sort that some how. Also been building a shopping list on eBay m heres what I wanna get so far:

All good man, use it as a topper, cut a chunk out where you sit and replace with better stuff, seen it done before.
